Sarah Schwartz

Sarah is a multi disciplinary Artist who currently explores the visual media of metal, clay, paint, and photography. Sarah is also an Arts educator. She teaches sculpture at an ACES arts magnet school, serving the North Haven community.

For Sarah, making art is one of the most effective means of self reflection, integration and transformation. Over time, she began to see the remarkable beauty and awe in the process of expression, seeing and experiencing the potential for transformation and healing. 

Now, more a process-based artist, Sarah’s practice with metal is unique in that along with focusing on process and experimentation, she also strives to compliment, accentuate, and empower the female form.
