Nutmeg Signs & Graphic Arts is a multi-disciplinary design and production studio based in Simsbury, Connecticut. Since 1996, we’ve created everything from hand-painted storefront signs to large-scale sign plans for clients across Connecticut and major cities like Boston, NYC, and LA.
Our mission is to design unique, historically inspired signage that enhances Main Street aesthetics while minimizing environmental impact. We’ve reduced plastic waste by 75%, opting instead for locally sourced wood, metal, paint, and gold leaf.
We believe in ethical, community-focused design—offering cost-effective solutions, supporting local businesses, and using our craft to make places feel more welcoming.
Proudly serving New England and the Tri-state area, we’re located right off Route 44 where Simsbury and Avon meet.
